Is Esberitox effective for treating a cold?

Answer:
Esberitox (from Enzymatic Therapy) is a blended extract of Echinacea purpurea and pallida root, wild indigo (Baptisia tinctorial) root, and Thuja occidentalis leaf. Several small studies suggest that it may shorten the duration of cold symptoms, but it must be taken several times a day.
