70% of Dietary Supplement Company FDA Inspections Find Potential Manufacturing Violations

Seventy percent of dietary supplement facilities inspected by the FDA over a 3 year period (444 facilities out of 626) were cited for violating federal regulations, known as dietary supplement Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), according to information received by Natural Products INSIDER through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
