Some studies suggest that the ingredients in Procera AVH do have beneficial effects on cognition, and the supplement did improve memory compared to placebo in a clinical study in healthy individuals (i.e., those without dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or head trauma). However, be aware that the evidence is far from conclusive.
