Have you evaluated a multivitamin by Vita Logic called Daily Extra?

Vita Logic's Daily Extra has not been tested by ConsumerLab.com, but a look at its label indicates it provides amounts of some vitamins far above the daily requirements, and, in some cases, above Tolerable Upper Intake Levels.
