Our Members Asked:
Do "Mr. Happy Stack" supplements improve memory, cognition and mood, and are they safe?
Supplements such as Happy Stack (Pure Nootropics), The Brain Booster Stack (from Vitamonk LLC) and similar "stacks" contain combinations of "nootropic" ingredients that supposedly enhance memory, cognitive function, and/or mood. The combinations vary, but typically include uridine (as uridine 5'monophosphate) and choline (as alpha-GPC) and may include other ingredients, such as docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), an omega-3 fatty acid.
