Seller of Probiotic, Vitamin D3 Drops & More Warned For Drug Claims

On January 24, 2018 the FDA issued a warning letter to Young Health Products, LLC following a review of the company's website which found promotional statements and testimonials made about certain products, including Lugol's Solution 2%, Liquid Vitamin D3, Probimune, Flax Seed & Omega 3-6-9 Fish Oil, Balance Drops, Whey Protein, and Fruit of the Spirit to be drug claims.

For example, Liquid Vitamin D3 was promoted with claims such as, "Helps regulate blood pressure", and "Relieves body aches & pains by reducing muscle spasms".

Probimune was promoted with statements such as "Reduce GI Inflammation", "Reduce Allergic Responses", "Repair Damaged Intestines", and "Balance Blood Pressure".
