On March 19, 2021, the FDA issued a warning letter to Lipotriad LLC following a review of the company's websites, which found statements made about the company's products Lipotriad Visionary, Lipotriad Adult 50+, Lipotriad Dry Eye, and Lipotriad Vision Support Plus to be drug claims.
