FDA Warns Seller of COVID-19 Formula

On April 13, 2021, the FDA issued a warning letter to Trinity Natural Health & Pain Management, Inc. following a review of the company's websites by the FDA and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) which found the product COVID-19 Formula promoted with unsupported claims that it can treat coronavirus (COVID-19).

The FDA has previously stated: "There currently are no vaccines, pills, potions, lotions, lozenges or other prescription or over-the-counter products available to treat or cure coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)."

COVID-19 Formula was promoted with statements such as "New COVID-19 FORMULA SAID TO HELP FIGHT + PROTECT against COVID-19... by ultra-boosting the Immune System and significantly reducing inflammation."

The FDA instructed the company to send an email to within 48 hours of receipt of the warning, describing the specific steps it has taken to correct these violations.
