The U.S. FDA posted a notice dated August 18, 2010 indicating that Slim-30 Herbal Supplement (Lot 6032101) has been recalled by its distributor, J & H Besta Corp. FDA lab analysis of the product had found it to contain undeclared Desmethyl Sibutramin, similar in structure to Sibutramine, an appetite-suppressant drug for weight loss.
