[Update (2/25/26): ConsumerLab was recently contacted by Saba For Life (which acquired AMS Health Sciences) requesting that this article be removed, because, in April 2016, the FDA provided AMS Health Sciences with a close-out letter indicating that the original violations had been addressed. The close-out letter was provided to ConsumerLab. The FDA removed the original Warning Letter from its website, and Saba For Life informed ConsumerLab that has "undergone four subsequent FDA inspections, none of which resulted in material regulatory findings, demonstrating sustained compliance and the effectiveness of the implemented quality systems." The letter, which ConsumerLab has reviewed, stated that this finding "does not preclude any future regulatory action should violations be observed during a subsequent inspection" and that the FDA will continue to monitor the company's compliance.
