Multivitamin Recalled Due to Undeclared Allergens

On April 19, 2016, Nuvi Global Corporation issued a recall of StemVitae 30oz liquid multivitamin because they contain the undeclared milk and soy lecithin. 

People with a milk or soy allergy should not consume this supplement because it could cause an allergic reaction, which can be life-threatening.

Recalled StemVitae 30oz liquid multivitamin is packaged in a tall white plastic bottle with an orange label and white lid. It can be identified by Lot# 15556.  

It was distributed in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connectuicut, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Washington and Missouri.
