Seller of Protein and Workout Supplements Warned for Manufacturing Violations, Label Errors
These violations include failure to establish and follow written procedures for the responsibilities of the quality control operations, and failure to establish and follow written procedures for holding and distributing operations as required by federal regulations.
In addition, these products were found to be misbranded because the labels included incorrect information, such as the percent Daily Value (DV) of certain ingredients, and failed to provide other information required by law.
