Sexual Enhancement Supplements for Men and Women Recalled

On April 18, 2017, Organic Herbal Supply, Inc. issued a recall of all lots of the following sexual enhancement supplements for men because they were found to contain the undeclared drug tadalafil:

  • CUMMOR, Natural Male Enhancement (10 capsules X 500 mg)
  • ZRECT, Get Erect with Zrect (10 capsules X 500 mg)
  • MONKEY BUSINESS (Over 4600 mg value, 12 capsules)
  • Xrect, X RATE YOUR LOVE LIFE (10 capsules X 500 mg)
  • RECTALIS, Get MORE Out of Life (10 capsules X 500 mg)
  • TORNADO, GET TANGLED IN THE SHEETS (Over 4000mg value)
  • Z DAILY, Daily Testosterone and Libido Booster (10 capsules X 500 mg)
  • ENHANCEROL, Enhance your Love Life Naturally! (10 capsules X 500 mg)

Tadalafil, the active ingredient in Cialis, is prescribed for erectile dysfunction. This drug can cause symptoms like headache and flushing, and can interact with medications containing nitrates such as nitroglycerine, resulting in dangerously low blood pressure.

The company also issue a recall of the following sexual enhancement supplements for women, because they were found to contain the undeclared drug Flibanserin:

  • ZRECT, For Women (30 capsules X 500 mg)
  • LabidaMAX, INSPIRE YOUR DESIRE (30 Capsules)

Flibanserin is an FDA-approved prescription drug for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD) in women.

Consumers who have purchased these supplements should not use them. Consumers and healthcare providers may report any adverse reactions to the FDA's MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting Program.
