Protein Bars and Bites Recalled Due to Listeria Risk

On June 15, 2017, Bulletproof 360, Inc. recalled five Collagen Protein Bar and Bite products because of potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.

Infection with Listeria monocytogenes can cause symptoms like short-term fever, headache, nausea, and diarrhea in healthy adults but can be fatal in those with weakened immune systems - children and the elderly - and can lead to miscarriages in pregnant women.

Recalled Bulletproof 360 bars and bites were sold in retail stores and online in the U.S. and internationally between April 7 and June 12, 2017. They can be identified by the following:
