Workout Supplements Recalled Due To Allergen Risk

On April 5, 2018, Independent Nutrition Inc, dba Back to Health of Eugene., issued a recall of certain lots of Ignite High Endurance Pre-Workout Supplements because they may contain undeclared milk.

People with an allergy to milk should not consume these products as this could cause a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.

The recalled supplements include those with lot numbers 1502014, 1503001, 1512022, 1605004, 1105007, and 1711009. They were sold at health food stores in California, Oregon, New Jersey and Texas between 03/01/2015 and 03/31/2018 and can be identified by the following additional information:

  • Ignite High Endurance Pre-Workout Supplement Brand: Back to Health, Pack Size: 1 lb., UPC Number 8 01650 01541 9
  • Ignite High Endurance Pre-Workout Supplement VANILLA Brand: Back to Health, Pack Size: 1 lb., UPC Number 8 01650 01540 2
  • Brand: Back to Health, Pack Size: 1 lb., NO UPC
  • Ignite High Endurance Pre-Workout Supplement with CAFFEINE Brand: Back to Health, Pack Size: 1 lb., UPC Number 8 01650 01540 2
  • Ignite High Endurance Pre-Workout Supplement Brand: Back to Health, Pack Size: 1 lb., UPC Number 8 01650 01541 9

Consumers who have purchased these products are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
