FDA Issues Strong Warnings to Sellers of CBD

On March 28, 2019, the FDA issued warning letters to three companies for making unsubstantiated claims about the health benefits of CBD (cannabidiol) products on their websites. The products were promoted for a range of conditions, from chronic pain and skin conditions such as psoriasis, to diabetes, Alzheimer's disease and cancer.
