Custom Nutraceuticals, LLC Warned for Manufacturing Violations

On August 6, 2020, the FDA issued a warning letter to Custom Nutraceuticals, LLC, following a facility inspection which found the company's products, including Thermal Revolution Black, Anabolic Blackout Raspberry Lemonade, Militia Re-COMP, and Rhino Rampage Wildberry to be adulterated because they were prepared, packed, or held under conditions that violate Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) for dietary supplements.

These violations include failure to verify that each finished batch meets product specifications for identity, purity, strength, and composition and failure to establish and follow laboratory quality control processes, as required by federal regulations.
