Seller of Aloe Products Warned for Claiming to Treat Joint Stiffness
On January 22, 2021, the FDA issued a warning letter to American Global Health Group, LLC following a review of the company's website, which found statements made about the company's products AloeCure VeraFlex, AloeCure Advanced Formula Capsule, AloeCure Pure Aloe Vera Extract, and AloeCure Probiotic + Enzyme to be drug claims.
For example, AloeCure VeraFlex was promoted with statements such as "Featuring A Clinically Proven Ingredient to Improve... Mobility, and Reduce Joint Discomfort" and "Increase mobility, reduce stiffness..."

AloeCure Pure Aloe Vera Extract was promoted with statements such as "Aloe Extract will coat your esophagus and calm your stomach. Once it contacts excess stomach acid, this soothing extract will neutralize it instantly."
In addition, the products were found to be misbranded because they do not contain adequate directions for safe use, as required by federal regulations.
