Alpha Male Plus Recalled

On July 16, 2021, Alpha Male Plus issued a recall of Alpha Male Plus Male Enhancer fruit chews because FDA analysis found them to be contaminated with tadalafil.

Tadalafil is the active ingredient in the prescription medication Cialis, which is prescribed for erectile dysfunction. This drug can cause symptoms like headache and flushing, and can interact with medications containing nitrates such as nitroglycerine, resulting in dangerously low blood pressure.

Recalled Alpha Male Plus Male Enhancer fruit chews (see product photos) was distributed nationwide directly to consumers through the Alpha Male Plus website at https://www.alphamaleplus.us/. It was packaged in a foil pouch (1 strip per pouch) within a cardboard box and can be identified by the UPC [8 60003 03770 6] [8 60003 74512 0].

Consumers who have the recalled product should stop using it and return to the place of purchase or to the address provided in the FDA's recall notice.
