Mountain Meadow Herbs "Cleanse" Recalled, Risk of Injury from Exploding Bottle

On November 17, 2021, Mountain Meadow Herbs issued a recall of 54 bottles of Mountain Meadow Herbs brand Candida Flush due to the bottles becoming pressurized over time in storage. This causes the product to expel air as well as powder, which may result in injuries to the hands or eyes that could require medical attention.

The recalled products (see images) were distributed to retailers in Indiana, Minnesota, Montana, New York, Tennessee, and in Ontario, Canada and can be identified by the following:

  • Product: Mountain Meadow Herbs Candida Flush Endotoxin Cleanse
  • Size: 240 capsules per bottle
  • Lot no. 0120011Q
  • Exp. 12/22

Affected customers should discard of the product.
