More Moringa Recalled Due to Salmonella Risk
On May 26, 2026, Total Nutrition Inc. recalled certain lots of TNVitamins Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood Moringa and Doctor’s Pride Complete Green Superfood Ultra Potent Moringa capsules because they may be contaminated with Salmonella. The products were sold on various websites and social media platforms, including Amazon, Target, TikTok Shop, and Walmart. Mogo Moringa LLC also announced a recall of select lots of Mogo Moringa Capsules due to possible Salmonella contamination. The recalls are part of the ongoing FDA and CDC investigation into Salmonella infections linked to moringa-containing dietary supplement products.

Salmonella infection can cause serious, sometimes fatal illness in young children, older adults, and people with weakened immune systems. Healthy individuals may experience fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. In rare cases, infection can lead to arterial infections, endocarditis, or arthritis.
