On September 14, 2026, Pacific Health Sciences LLC recalled its Organiccs Absolutely Pure Type-1 Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides because the product contains undeclared shellfish from crab shells used as the source of glucosamine sulfate.

Recalled Organiccs Absolutely Pure Type-1 Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides were distributed primarily to private practice medical offices in California, Oregon, Washington, Kentucky, Massachusetts, and Hawaii. They are packaged in bottles containing 180 veggie capsules and can be identified by code 25009CP.
