RAPTURE Preworkout Recalled Due to DMAA

On October 6, 2026, Leader Formulas, LLC. recalled one lot of RAPTURE Preworkout after FDA testing found the product to contain 1,3-dimethylamylamine (DMAA).

DMAA is a stimulant that can raise blood pressure and place stress on the cardiovascular system. The FDA recall notice states that using DMAA may lead to serious cardiovascular problems, including heart attack, difficulty breathing, or chest tightness.

Recalled RAPTURE Preworkout (see product photos) is a pre-workout dietary supplement powder sold in 450-gram round plastic containers with red and black lettering and a rhinoceros-print seal on the top. The recalled product is from lot 260327-4 and was distributed nationwide through retail and online channels between January 29, 2025 and May 25, 2026.

The recalled varieties and UPCs are:

  • Rainbow Twist — UPC 710154236506
  • Electric Lemonade — UPC 710143 236513
  • Berry Mojito — UPC 710154236544

As of October 6, 2026, Leader Formulas had not received reports of adverse events related to the recall.

Consumers who have recalled RAPTURE Preworkout should stop using it and return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers who have experienced health problems that may be related to using the product should contact a physician or other healthcare provider.
