VItal 3 Collagen Drops for Joint Pain

Question:
Do Vital 3 collagen drops really help for joint pain?

Answer:
The website for Vital 3 Joint Solution (Bronson Laboratories), which provides undenatured type II collagen in a liquid from, claims the product "helps joints feel better and move better." Most of the research used to support this claim appears to be unpublished and the research studies which have been published focus specifically on its use for rheumatoid arthritis, rather than other types of joint pain. We contacted Bronson about this and reviewed available studies, which raises questions about its efficacy and suggested dosage. Sign in to learn more >>

I have osteoarthritis and have been taking Vital3 Joint drops for several months now. It does not stop the most painful joint issues, but it does affect my overall stiffness. I experience more flexibility of movement generally since beginning the drops, which improves my day quite a bit.

I use Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate per instructions on can. It is essential to control my damaged lower disc and damaged left knee pain. It is my educated guess that taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin with low collagen will not show much efficacy. MSM is also needed in some cases to improve joint pain.
