Is there anything else that can help bladder control..so you don't need to go so often?

Hi Lisa - There appears to be little research on supplements for overactive bladder (OAB). A review of the most commonly used herbs for overactive bladder found that there was not enough clinical research to support their use, concluding that some "show some promise for the treatment of OAB but lack definitive studies to prove their efficacy" (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3821987/).
