Manufacturer: Sheng Chang Pharmaceutical Co Ltd., Taipei Hsein, Taiwan. Firm initiated recall is complete.

REASON Product contains aristolochic acid, a potent carcinogen and nephrotoxin.

VOLUME OF PRODUCT IN COMMERECE 5/30 capsule and 2/90 capsule bottles only.
