Immune Supplement Recalled Due To Undeclared Milk

On August 23, 2013, Reaction Nutrition, LLC issued a voluntary recall of immune support supplement LIVE CLINICAL 90 CAPS because it contains undeclared milk.

People with a milk allergy should not consume this supplement because it could cause an allergic reaction, which can be life-threatening.

LIVE CLINICAL 90 CAPS are packaged in a white plastic bottle with a white and blue label. They can be identified by Lot #PB0091512 and Expiration Date 08/2014, which are printed in red ink near the bottom of the bottle.

Live also contains vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, vitamin D3, vitamin B2, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, selenium, zinc, astragalus root, grapeseed extract, cat’s claw, echinacea, goldenseal, Reishi mushroom extract, trans-resveratrol and beta-glucan.
