Seller of Iron, Prostate, Valerian and Other Supplements Warned For Multiple Violations and Drug Claims

On January 31, 2014, the FDA issued a warning letter to NatureAll-STF Holding, LLC, following a facility inspection which found the company's products, including Colostrum, Valerian-Plus, Wormwood, Black Walnut-Plus, Lung-Plus, Yucca-Plus (Arthro Plus), Iron Plus, MSM Plus, White Willow Plus, Lung-Plus, Prostate-Plus, Thymus-Plus Capsules, and Myrrh, are adulterated because they were prepared, packed, or held under conditions that violate Current Good Manufacturing Practices for dietary supplements.

These violations include failure to conduct any tests or examinations to verify the identity of incoming dietary ingredients and failure to verify that finished batches of dietary supplements meet product specifications for identity, purity, strength, composition and for limits on contamination and adulteration.

In addition, statements made about these products on the company's website,, were found to be drug claims. Valerian-Plus, for example, was promoted with statements such as, "Valerian Root use is most popular in Europe for... insomnia..."

Lung-Plus was promoted with testimonial statement such as, "My wife encouraged me to try your product, Lung-Plus. It keeps my lungs clear and the condition is improving," and Thymus-Plus was promoted with testimonial statements such as, "Thymus-Plus has alleviated muscle pain... and allergy symptoms."

Iron Plus, Black Walnut Plus, Myrrh and Prostate-Plus were also found to be misbranded because the labels did not include information required by federal regulations.
