Prescript-Assist Probiotic Recalled

On June 29, 2018, LL's Magnetic Clay, Inc., issued a recall of certain lots of Prescript-Assist, a "broad spectrum probiotic and prebiotic" supplement, because they may contain undeclared almonds, crustaceans, dairy, casein, eggs, and peanuts. 

People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to almonds, crustaceans, dairy, casein, eggs, or peanuts should not consume these products as this could cause a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.

Recalled Prescript-Assist supplements are packaged in white bottles containing either 60 or 90 capsules per bottle. They were distributed nationwide in retail stores and online (note: they are available from distributers other than LL Magnetic Clay) and can be identified by the following lot numbers and expiration dates:
  • Lot# 1356300 (exp. 01/2019)

  • Lot# 1405700 (exp. 03/2019)

  • Lot# 17A128 (exp. 03/2021)

  • Lot# W00103 (exp. 06/2019)
Consumers who have purchased these products should not use them and are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
