MyoWhey Protein Powder Recalled

On September 20, 2018, Purus Labs, Inc. issued a recall of one lot of MyoWhey Chocolate Cookie Crunch protein powder because it may contain undeclared milk and soy.

People with an allergy to milk or soy should not consume this product as this could cause a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.

Recalled MyoWhey Chocolate Cookie Crunch protein powder was distributed through online mail orders to Arizona, Texas, Florida, Michigan, Virginia and Oklahoma. It was also sold in retail stores in Texas, California, Oklahoma, Colorado and Missouri, and available internationally in Chile and United Arab Emerites. It can be identified by the following:

  • Packaging: White plastic container with a net weight of 5 lbs. or 2.6 kg
  • Lot number: PL: 0100518
  • Exp: 04/2020
Consumers who are allergic to milk or soy are urged to discard the product.
