Organic Plant Protein Shake Recalled

On October 11, 2018, Forager Project issued a recall of certain Nuts and Vanilla — Organic Plant Protein Shakes because the products contain almond flour which is not declared on the label.

People with an allergy to almonds should not consume these products as this could cause a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.

Recalled Nuts and Vanilla — Organic Plant Protein Shakes can be identified by the following:

  • Item: Nuts & Vanilla 12 fl oz.
  • UPC: 8 14558 02038 6
  • Expiration Dates: 12/7/18 , 12/21/18, 1/4/19
Forager Project recommends that consumers destroy the affected products. Products with an Expiration Date of 1/8/19 and later do not contain almond and are safe to consume.
