BioPure Healing Products Warned for Manufacturing Violations

On June 17, 2020, the FDA issued a warning letter to BHP Holdings Inc. dba BioPure Healing Products, following a facility inspection which found the company's products to be adulterated because they were prepared, packed, or held under conditions that violate Current Good Manufacturing Practices for dietary supplements.

These violations include failure to investigate product complaints related to adverse events, as required by federal regulations.

In addition, the products Cocktail Liposomal, Neem Synergy, and Matrix Electrolyte Powder are misbranded because they do not comply with labeling requirements regarding allergens.
