The Green Herb and New Genesis Health Warned for Manufacturing Violations

On July 31, 2019, the FDA issued a warning letter to Davis Ventures, Inc., dba The Green Herb and New Genesis Health, following a facility inspection which found the company's products to be adulterated because they were prepared, packed, or held under conditions that violate Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) for dietary supplements.

These violations include failure to establish written procedures to ensure that finished dietary supplement batches are held under the appropriate conditions of temperature, humidity, and light so that the identity, purity, strength, and composition of supplements are not affected, as required by federal regulations.

In addition, Fos-Idophilus, Breathe Eze, D-Stress, Herbal N-Zyme, System Fresh, and Ur-NAry Fresh were found to be misbranded because the product labels provide incorrect information and/or are lacking information required by federal regulations.
