Agebox iKids-Growth Day & Night Formulas Recalled

On October 28, 2025, Agebox recalled certain lots of Agebox iKids-Growth (Day Formula) and Agebox iKids-Growth (Night Formula) because FDA testing found that the products contain ibutamoren (MK-677), an undeclared drug ingredient that is not approved by the FDA.

(See ConsumerLab’s Human Growth Hormone (HGH) Supplements Review, which discusses products promoted to increase growth hormone and related safety concerns.)

Ibutamoren is a drug that stimulates the release of growth hormone. It is not approved for any use in the U.S. and has been associated with side effects such as increased appetite, fluid retention, fatigue, muscle pain, and changes in blood sugar control. In September 2025, the FDA warned consumers not to purchase or use Agebox iKids-Growth (Day Formula) after confirming it contained undeclared ibutamoren.

Agebox iKids-Growth (Day Formula) (see product photo) and Agebox iKids-Growth (Night Formula) were sold nationwide online, on the company’s website, and on Amazon. They are packaged in 60-count bottles and can further be identified by the following:
