Salmonella can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and people with weakened immune systems. Healthy people infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, Salmonella infection can result in the organism entering the bloodstream and causing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections, endocarditis, and arthritis.

Recalled Foods Alive Organic Moringa Leaf Powder (see product photo) was distributed nationwide in retail stores and through online sellers, including the company’s website. The product was shipped between January 27, 2026 and August 7, 2026, and can be identified as follows:
