Walnuts, Other Nuts, Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds Recalled Due to Undeclared Allergens
People who have severe sensitivity or allergy to to tree nuts, peanuts, almonds, soy, dairy, and sesame should not consume these products due to the potential risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.
Recalled Texas Pecan products (see product photos) were sold at the company’s retail store in Texas and online through the company’s website (www.texaspecanco.com). They are packaged in clear bags with a Texas Pecan label. Affected lot numbers range from 23200-23265 to 24001-24079 and can be found on the bottom left corner of the product bags. Recalled products can be further identified by the following:
- 086 Walnut Halves & Pieces, English Light, 16 oz
- 088 Walnut Pieces, English Light, 16 oz
- 082 Walnut Black, Large Pieces, 16 oz
- 066 Lady Nail Pumpkin Seeds In Shell (R/S), 8 oz
- 068 Pumpkin Seeds, Raw Shelled, 16 oz
- 069 Pumpkin Seeds, Shelled (R/S), 16 oz
- 077 Sunflower Seeds, Raw Hulled, 16 oz
- 079 Sunflower Seeds, Hulled (R/S), 16 oz
- 084 Walnut Halves, English Light, 16 oz
