Question:
I have heard that caffeine can interfere with the benefits of creatine supplementation. Is that true?

Answer:
It is true that some evidence suggests caffeine can diminish the effectiveness of creatine. However, this negative effect appears to depend on whether caffeine is taken on a short-term or long-term basis.
