Our Members Asked:
Is liposomal vitamin C (sold as Lypo-Spheric) better than other forms of vitamin C?
Answer:
A liposomal formulation of vitamin C appears to have been developed to boost the absorption of vitamin C beyond levels normally attained with other formulations. However, whether or not it achieves this, and whether this is even a desirable effect, is debatable, based on the current evidence. February 10, 2015I've recently changed to liposomal form of Vitamin c since the fall and I know I have fought off colds and viruses in three separate instances. I'm sold! Much safer than a flu shot.

January 28, 2015I have used Lypo-C for several years for colds, etc, and I have found it much more effective than any vitamin C capsules or tablets of any kind.
