GNC Women's 30+ Vitapak Recalled
On April 25, 2025, GNC Holdings LLC recalled 144,430 units of GNC Women's 30+ Vitapak, Carton of 30 Sachets, because they contain an undeclared fish allergen (parvalbumin).

Consumers who are allergic to fish should not consume the recalled products as they may cause potentially life-threatening allergic reactions.
Recalled GNC Women's 30+ Vitapak, Carton of 30 Sachets are packaged in a paper-board carton containing 30 sachets. Each sachet contains four tablets and one capsule. They were distributed nationwide except for Alaska, and were also distributed to Puerto Rico. They can further be identified by the following:
- Product name: GNC Women's 30+ Vitapak, Carton of 30 Sachets
- Lot number: F 1060EB2401, 1060EB2402, 1060EB2403, 1060EB2404, 1060EB2405, 1060EB2501, 1060EB2502, 1060EB2503
- Recall number: F-0928-2025
GNC Holdings LLC is notifying consignees or the public of the recall by E-mail.
