Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric Recalled

On December 16, 2025, Quten Research Institute recalled certain lots of Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric Capsules (1000 mg) due to the risk of mold contamination. The recall was initiated after mold was detected in the raw material used to produce the capsules.

Consumption of products contaminated with mold may pose a health risk, particularly to individuals with compromised immune systems.

Recalled Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric Capsules were distributed in Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin. They are packaged in high-density polyethylene bottles and can be identified by the following:

  • Product name: Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric Capsules, 1000 mg
