Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ Recalled

On January 29, 2026, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a recall of certain lots of Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ because they contain iron but are not packaged with child-resistant bottle caps, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. This poses a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

(As discussed in ConsumerLab’s Iron Supplements Review, supplements containing iron are a leading cause of poisoning in children younger than age 6. Also see ConsumerLab’s Multivitamin and Multimineral Supplements Review for tests of related products and our Top Picks.)

Recalled Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ dietary supplements were sold online on the company’s website from November 2021 through November 2025. They are packaged in eight-ounce amber glass bottles with black caps, each containing 60 capsules, and bear UPC 850027975177 or 850027975429. The UPC, lot numbers, and manufacturing dates (Month/Year) are printed on the bottle. Affected products include the following:

  • Lot 0515I1 — Manufactured 09/2021
  • Lot 0130B2 — Manufactured 01/2022
