On September 3, 2026, SUPPLX recalled male sexual enhancement products Business Pill and Branch Manager for Men after FDA testing found the products to contain “dangerously high levels” of yohimbine, which was not listed on the labels.

Yohimbine is a plant-derived alkaloid that has been used as a prescription medication for treating erectile dysfunction. It has also been studied for use to promote blood flow and support athletic performance. Yohimbe can substantially raise blood pressure and heart rate and may contribute to abnormal heart rhythms or heart attacks, particularly when combined with stimulants such as caffeine or ephedra-containing products or with certain prescription medications, including drugs used to treat ADHD. Larger amounts may also cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, anxiety, insomnia, confusion, tremors, seizures, and other neurologic or psychiatric effects. Severe overdoses have been associated with death.

Recalled Business Pill and Branch Manager for Men (see product photos) were packaged in single-capsule blister cards and sold in 24-count retail boxes through the company. The recall includes all lots and expiration or best-by dates distributed from September 16, 2023, through June 11, 2026.

Consumers who have recalled Business Pill or Branch Manager for Men should stop using the product immediately and dispose of any remaining product. Consumers who have experienced health problems that may be related to use of either product should contact a physician or other healthcare provider.
