On September 14, 2026, A&P Creations LLC recalled two supplements promoted for sexual enhancement, biQ-FEL and X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement, after FDA testing found the products to contain undeclared sildenafil and tadalafil.

Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra, and tadalafil is the active ingredient in Cialis, prescription drugs used to treat erectile dysfunction. Sildenafil and tadalafil can interact with nitrate medications, such as nitroglycerin, and may cause blood pressure to fall to dangerously low levels. This is particularly concerning for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease, who may be more likely to use nitrate medications.

Recalled biQ-FEL (see product photos) and X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement (see product photos) were sold online through Amazon, Walmart, and the company. They can be further identified by the following:

Consumers who have recalled biQ-FEL or X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement should stop using them immediately and destroy or dispose of the products. Consumers who have experienced problems that may be related to using either product should contact a physician or other healthcare provider.
