Ultimate Forza Male Supplement Recalled Due to Hidden Drugs
On October 24, 2026, Tonight We Ride, LLC recalled all lots of Ultimate Forza Male Supplement after testing found undeclared sildenafil, tadalafil, and dapoxetine in the product.
(See ConsumerLab’s Sexual Enhancer Supplements Review for tests of related products)
Sildenafil and tadalafil are the active ingredients in the prescription drugs Viagra and Cialis, respectively, which are used to treat erectile dysfunction. Because these drugs were not listed on the label, consumers could unknowingly be exposed to them. Sildenafil and tadalafil can interact with nitrate medications, such as nitroglycerin, and may cause blood pressure to fall to dangerously low levels, particularly in people with conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease who may use nitrates. Dapoxetine is an SSRI-class drug that is not approved in the U.S. It may increase the risk of suicidal thoughts and behavior in children, adolescents, and young adults.
Recalled Ultimate Forza Male Supplement (see product photos) was sold in two configurations:
- Ultimate Forza Multi-Capsule/Box — 10 blue hard-shell capsules; Item #810208; UPC 868592000002
- Ultimate Forza Single Pack — 1 capsule; Item #810222; UPC 868592000040
The products were distributed from 2017 through October 1, 2026, through certain independently owned and operated GNC franchise stores in the U.S. They were not sold through GNC corporate stores.
The recall followed third-party testing conducted for GNC that identified the undeclared drugs. Sales were stopped, and affected products were quarantined at franchise locations. As of October 24, 2026, no adverse events or complaints had been reported.
Consumers who have recalled Ultimate Forza Male Supplement should stop using it immediately. Unopened or partially used product may be returned to a GNC store for a full refund. Consumers who have experienced problems that may be related to using the product should contact a physician or other healthcare provider.
