FDA Warns Vidaslim for Manufacturing Violations
On July 17, 2025, the Food and Drug Administration issued a Warning Letter to Vidaslim Co. of San Antonio, Texas, following facility inspection that found the company’s products to be because they were prepared, packed, or held under conditions that do not meet Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP).
(For tests of related products, see ConsumerLab’s Weight Management Supplements Review, which includes our Top Picks.)
According to the Warning Letter, violations included failure to establish and follow written procedures for quality control operations, and failure to collect and hold reserve samples of packaged and labeled dietary supplements that the company distributes.
In addition, several products, including Vidaslim Flaca ACV Gummies, Vidaslim Sueños Sleep Gummies, Vidaslim Mujer Hormonal Balance, and Vidaslim Calma Relax Gummies, were found to be misbranded because the labels did not properly list dietary ingredients or quantitative amounts on the Supplement Facts panels.
Vidaslim must provide a written response within 15 working days describing corrective actions to address these violations.
