Does Your Multivitamin Have Too Much Folic Acid?

Folic acid is in multivitamins because it is provides the essential B vitamin, folate. Getting too much folate, however, carries risks. Companies now have until mid-2018 or later correct their labels, but until then you may be in the dark.
