Our Members Asked:
I'm taking Lumiday, a supplement to improve mood. It seems to help me but is it safe?
Answer:
Lumiday contains a combination of vitamins and herbal ingredients. There does not appear to be a safety study, nor an efficacy study, of this formula, so it is not possible to say if Lumiday is safe or if it improves mood. It does contain a number of ingredients which have been used to treat depression and/or anxiety, although not necessarily at the dosage provided in Lumiday. These ingredients can also cause side-effects and/or drug interactions.
For ConsumerLab.com's review of each of the ingredients at their listed dose in Lumiday, and ConsumerLab.com's conclusions, see the full answer >>
