Herbalife “Relaxation Tea” Recalled
On July 21, 2025, Herbalife International of America recalled 5,888 units of its Relaxation Tea because an incorrect ingredient was received from the supplier and used in the manufacturing of the tea. The identity of the incorrect ingredient is not disclosed, but ConsumerLab has reached out to Herbalife for more information, and if received, will provide an update here.

Recalled Relaxation Tea was sold online nationwide in the U.S., in Mexico, and Ecuador. It can be identified by the following:
