Does Nello SuperCalm Drink Mix Work and Is It Worth Its Price?

Nello SuperCalm Drink Mix claims to "support healthy cortisol levels," "promote sleep," "support mood and cognition" and "manage occasional stress & anxiety." However, we see little to no evidence that it can do these things: It does not appear to have been evaluated in any clinical study, and studies of its individual ingredients (vitamin D3, magnesium, L-theanine, and ashwagandha root extract) have generally not demonstrated these benefits in the dosages and forms in SuperCalm.
Nello Super Calm is also an expensive supplement, costing about $2 per 1-packet serving. Our Reviews show that you can get all of its key ingredients for a total cost that's less than half the price of Nello Super Calm.
