BPC-157 and TB-500 are both synthetic (laboratory-made) peptides that have been promoted for many uses based mainly on findings in animal studies: BPC-157 for improving bone and joint health, stomach ulcers, bladder pain, athletic performance enhancement, and anti-aging effects, and TB-500 for wound healing, injury recovery, strength and endurance.
However, as we discuss, neither compound can be legally sold in the U.S. or Canada as an ingredient in dietary supplements and neither is approved as a drug, as there is a lack of human clinical research demonstrating their efficacy and safety.
